The Gathering - Full Worm Moon

It's the first full moon of Spring (hoorah)! Finally we are  unfurling out of the cold of winter and stepping into the emerging warmth of Spring. As the season is turning and nature is waking up all around us, its the perfect time give some loving care to yourself and your intentions.   

This month we will be practicing under the Full Worm Moon, in Pisces. The theme for this moon is rebirth, renewal, healing, kindness & senstivity. As we leave the cold and dark behind, and like earth worms emerge through the thawing ground into the light of the moon. This is a time to practice self love and nuture our imagination. Let's stretch, breath and dream together, as we move with care, peace and self love into the Spring. 

Once again our friends at Strand & Lock in Digbeth are letting us practice in their beautiful salon in Digbeth (Thank you Danny & Lizzi x) Its a perfect intimate location with easy parking nearby in Northyard carpark or anywhere around The Custard factory.

There will be tea, lovely humans, yoga, meditation, conversation and live instruments.

What to bring -

*Yoga Mat

*Pillow

*Blanket (two if possible)

*Eye pillow (or something to cover your eyes)

Tickets pay as you feel. Suggested price is £10 but I want you to feel like you can come whatever your pennies are saying!
