About the event
In January we had our first Gathering of 2024. We stretched, we breathed and we meditated with sound healing instruments... and it was beautiful. I cant wait to do it again.
This month our practice is just before the Snow Moon. The theme for this moon is hope, change, creativity, and growth. So lets take this opportunity to rest and restore in as the light of spring starts slowly creeping closer.
Our friends at Strand & Lock in Digbeth are letting us practice in their beautiful salon in Digbeth (Thank you Danny & Lizzi x) Its a perfect intimate location with easy parking nearby in Northyard carpark or anywhere around The Custard factory.
There will be tea, lovely humans, yoga, meditation, conversation and live instruments.
